CAN YOU GET TOO MUCH RAIN IN TEXAS?

We are 6+ inches in rain this year. It is raining outside right now. It rained yesterday, and tomorrow is supposed to be the same. Yikes. Can a human mold? Can a human water-log? I just wondered?!!!!

I know it is going to mean a lot to the ranchers and farmers. Perhaps Texas gets so dry so when it does flood. The Pedernales River is running full. When we owned a ranch on the banks of the Pedernales we used to have floods with regularity. The river fills and runs into Lake Travis, and everyone with boats sure is happy about that. The lake came up 4 feet the last series of storms, and this one is sure to fill it some more.

No golf. Nothing outside. That brings me to baseball games scheduled for this weekend with Oklahoma University. We need to play these games, so perhaps double-headers are in store for this series. I don't think we will play tonight..maybe so...but I doubt it.

Texas beat Rice for the 10th straight time Tuesday evening. It was a good game, but we made too many errors again. Sunday, we made 4 and made 3 Tuesday. TOOOOOOOO MANY!!!

It is so dark outside right now we have lights on all over the house.

I know it will end, and we will wish for something, anything...around August!
